She knows what it takes to start again.

Before the coaching company, there was Broadway. And a life that asked her to rewrite the script.

At 21, Dena moved from Phoenix to New York City. By 24, she had founded a PR and marketing company serving film, Broadway and TV. In 1997, she created a magazine covering Broadway, Off Broadway and Off Off Broadway.

A minor stroke at 27 meant learning to speak again. During her recovery, she sold her business. In 2001, she started Dena Patton Coaching and Training.
